Schmedley Wings.
1 pan of Wings of whole Wings
Cut the wing tips off! They take up space.
5 Tbl. of Brown Sugar
1-2 tea. of garlic powder
1-2 tea. of dry mustard
12 oz. of Soy Sauce (LaChoy)
Make your sauce (dissolve brown sugar)
Pour over wings
Marinate for 24 hours (flip once)
375 degrees for 90 minutes (flip once)
remove sauce and broil to get crispy (this happens fast)
reduce sauce on stove (dipping sauce, very good!)
Serve. Enjoy!
